The Nursfpxwriters will work closely with the Customer and use reasonable care and skill to ensure that the Order is completed successfully, as one would expect from a reputable research firm. The Customer will help the Nursfpxwriters achieve this by providing all necessary information to the Nursfpxwriters at the outset of the transaction and collaborating with the Nursfpxwriters throughout the transaction if the Principal wants further information or instruction. The Customer understands that failure to give such information or guidance during the transaction may create a delay in the delivery of their Work and that the Nursfpxwriters will not be held liable for any loss or harm resulting from such a delay. The ‘Completion on Time Promise’ will not apply in such instances

Refunds Policy
The Customer further recognizes that the initiation of work following the internal confirmation of expert allocation constitutes a binding commitment of resources, such that orders at this stage are not ordinarily subject to cancellation, withdrawal, or return. Prior to assignment of an expert to the work, the Customer retains theoretical discretion to discontinue; however, after the convergence of this condition, the possibility of cancellation or refund shall be considered extinguished except under limited circumstances specifically outlined herein.
Refunds or credits shall therefore be regarded as exceptional remedies, contemplated only in narrowly defined instances where Nursfpxwriters is demonstrably unable to allocate a qualified expert to the Order, notwithstanding prior payment, or the Customer has remitted duplicative payments in error. For clarity, this refund clause shall not extend to delays, unavailability, or disruptions attributable to outsourced resources, third-party services, business partners, or external approval processes, as such contingencies are recognized as inherent variables beyond direct in-house control; accordingly, any delay arising from such circumstances shall not give rise to refund eligibility, and the Customer accepts that such timing considerations may reasonably be expected. In all other cases, the customer agrees that financial commitments shall be considered final, and any accommodation in the form of refund, partial credit, or alternative remedy shall rest exclusively within the discretionary judgment of Nursfpxwriters.
These provisions are integrally connected with, and must be interpreted in light of, the “Payment Up Front” clauses. For the avoidance of doubt, in those instances where an advance remittance is received prior to the internal confirmation of an expert being formally allocated to the Work, the Customer expressly acknowledges and accepts that such advance payment does not itself constitute any guarantee, assurance, or warranty of immediate expert availability. Rather, it signifies an intention on the part of NursFpxWriters to initiate the process of securing an appropriately qualified resource, a process which may reasonably extend over a period of time given the individualized nature of the services and the dependence on external academic calendars, scheduling conflicts, and availability constraints. Should circumstances ultimately result in the inability of NursFpxWriters to allocate a suitably matched expert within a reasonable duration which, for the purposes of clarity, may extend up to six months from the date of advance remittance only at that stage shall consideration of a refund be triggered. Any such refund, whether in whole or in part, shall be issued strictly at the sole discretion of NursFpxWriters’ management, including the determination of the applicable percentage and method of restitution, with the Customer expressly agreeing that this discretionary framework shall be binding and final.

other technical issues, including, but not limited to, issues caused by Internet Service Providers, Mail Account Providers, Database Software, Incompatible Formats, and Hosting Providers. If such technical problems occur with a system for which the Nursfpxwriters is directly responsible or with which third-party contractors provide them, the Nursfpxwriters agrees to provide reasonable proof of these technical problems upon request, if such proof is available, or to otherwise honor their Completion On Time Promise in full. The Nursfpxwriters is not liable under this commitment if any delay is caused by the Principal’s or their immediate family’s death or
